We want you to be completely over the moon about your online purchase.

Should you change your mind, we gladly accept returns in the form of store credits and refunds.

Please carefully check the list below to ensure your purchase is eligible for return:

  • The item(s) must be in its original condition. Unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.
  • The item(s) must be returned within 14 days.
  • Jewellery and Gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Should you wish to return your items for a store credit, no further postage costs will be be incurred.

In the case of a refund, return postage will be deducted from your refund amount.

We offer Standard and Express post. Shipping costs will automatically be calculated at checkout.

Here in our website we provide free shipping for orders over $150AUD. That is unless the order contains bulky and/or heavy items.

Express post orders are estimated to arrive in 1-3 days

Regular post orders are estimated to arrive in 1-10 days

We have many beautiful suppliers. Our clothes are made around the world including but not limited to Australia, India, Thailand, China, Vietnam and Germany.

If you find your credit card is not being accepted with a message such as “The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit or debit card number.”

This may be due to one of the following reasons:

  • Your card is associated with a specific PayPal account, and you’re not logging in with that particular account.
  • Your card was associated with a PayPal account that has since been closed.
  • You’ve linked the card to a PayPal account, but have not yet confirmed it.
  • You’ve exceeded your card limit with the PayPal system.
  • Your email address is raising a red flag in PayPal’s system.
  • Your browser is not accepting cookies. You should clear any existing cookies and try again.
